Planned maintenance in Oslo: migration of IPs

OVPN is constantly working on improving our VPN servers and our network. As such, we'll be replacing the IP addresses that are allocated in the Oslo data center. The servers will have new entry IP addresses as well as the IPs allocated to users.

Most of the work is done and it's possible to connect to the VPN servers again. However, we have requested remote hands at the data center in order to reboot our switch there, so the connection will go down for a few minutes some time soon.

All Public IPv4 users have had their IP addresses rotated to the new subnet.
